Street Fighter 3-1 Fix/Patch?

Hi all (1st post )

I have burnt the 3-1 SF disk and everything works fine in PAL format but if I run the game through scart I can't get Street Fighter 3rd Strike to display a picture. I had a similar problem with Vampire Cronicals but I managed to get a patch to sort that. Does anyone have one for the 3-1 disk that will sort this problem?

Any help would be greatly apprciated........also be gentle coz I'm a nube!

Also I have done a search on this already but the only thing I found related to this was in French.........doh!

Make a Clone CD image (ccd img sub), get and run cdmage (search google for it). Extract Street Fighter 3rd Strike main bin. Use PAL Patcher on bin and import it again to image with cdmage. Burn with alcohol or mount and make copy i DJ / Nero.

Sorry for sounding so dumb.......I'm totally new to this. Did my first patch only yesterday on Vampire Chronicals.

The copy of mounted cdi or burned cd.

Yes. CDmage opens a lot of cd images.
