BBA Ripping help please

I have a bba for dc and Both of the programs
example: bbrip v 1.0 and v1.1 (which i can see no difference between the two except for thier icon)
I've burned my Dreamcast rip cd and it plays fine on my DC. these are the instructions that came with it but i can't make heads or tails of it.

--------------------------------------------

It is the software in order to back up the software of DC. The
broadband adapter is used. Presently, it is speed about of the
1mb/sec, but whether or not the above this it can make fast, it
is unclear. When it is the majority, it can download a Full GDRom
Disc in about 40 minute.

[Restriction]
Utilization of this software limits to the purpose which backs up
the application which main person of the user has owned. Transfer
and the like under any condition please release the file which it
backs up to the other person, do not do.

[Hardware requirement]
Windows9x/NT OR Windows2000 (not tested)
DC & BBA

[Usage]
DC and the PC are connected with the LAN cross cable.
(Connection by way of the HUB is not tested) before beginning backup,
the Edit (E) -> the Option (O) with please does option setting.
[The OPTION]
<IP ADDRESS>
DC IP address of ADDRESS
Example: 192.168.1.2
<Add to ARP Entry>
An IP address is set as ARP entry of OS.
It becomes effective when starting or when modifying the setting.
Example of MAC address: The 00-f0-b0-09-23-b8
<in addition>
Please adjusting & utilization suitable environment.

[DOWNLOAD]
1. Start DC Load DC dcload-ip 1.0.0
2. Start BBRIP.exe
3. The Tool (T) -> the Connect (C) connected.
4. Insert the GDROM DISC which you would like to back up.
5. The Tool (T) -> Get track/truck information from the Track List.
6. Select the necessary track. (* If you select track1 & 2, it'll freez while downloading.)
7. Tool (T) -> the Download (D) Starts download.

-----------------------------------------------
Thats the bulk of it. I know what I.P and Mac addresses are but i don't know whether the instructions are asking me to put in the ip address of my CPU or my DC. (I Didn't think the dc had one) when i start the the dc program there appears to be a Mac address on there and i try entering that in but no dice.

Anyhow i'm stumped if you've done this please help me. My AOL instant messenger name in Sammickk or just reply to this message.
