What codec is that?

I downloaded a short movie but can't hear the sound. WMP 10 says its "Nero Digital Audia Recorder 0001", in the file there was somthing written like "....XviD.Dual.Ac3...." I guess XviD is the Video codec so maybe Ac3 is Audio, don't know. If it has anything to do with Nero, I have version 6.6 installed, still no sound.
Hope someone can help, thanks in advance.

goto videohelp.com

goto tools, then codecs, and get the freeware AC3 codec
