1. Why you post your problem more than once?
2. Why you don't search in the forum? ...... OK! I will believe, your dog don't ate the complete cd, so you have your original cd (in pieces). Sometimes it is possible to simply copy the files from a cd to a folder on your hd and then install the game from there. But sometimes the setup is checking if its cd or hd, or is checking for the cd label. So if it don't work off of your hd, burn it to a cd-r.
