Every time I turn on my dreamcast I have to keep setting the internal clock. This obviously means that my internal battery is dead. I opened up the DC and I noticed it is soddered in! Does ne1 know how I can safly replace this battery and what is the battery size? Its one of those round kind and I want to get the right round battery.

Do you leave it on for 24 hours or so to charge the battery? If you only use it every few months, the battery will have always run down in that time. Make sure you turn it on once in a while to keep it happy.
