changing the music(adx files) in a game tony hawk 2???? need help

i have used cdmage to exxtract the games files to my harddrive and now have changed the music but im having trouble putting it back to a cdi. image any help would be greatly appreicated!!!!

is there a peogram out there that can just change the adx(music) files within the cdi. image itself? im lost and the Echelon Selfboot Tutorial isnt helping ..i use about 5 disc already..!!!
