Question No CD for Flatout?

I'm looking for a no cd crack for the PC game Flatout that just came out in the U.S. last week. I tried the one at GCW and all it does is tell me I have the wrong CD in the drive. I also went to megagames and they had nothing. Actuall, a no cd crack OR a working cd image would work. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

I suggest that you read the forum rules, particularly rule #6.

Clearly i'm in violation of rule 6, and I apologize. In my youthful exuberance to find an answer to my question, I did not "see" that particular rule. However youth is no excuse for a mistake of this magnitude, and I again apologize.

I willingly submit myself to whatever disciplinary action the Forum Admins feel is justified.

I didn't try it. The post is dated in 2004 and talks about patching the game to 1.1. The U.S. version came out last week and is at 1.02.

ADDED: I tried it and no it didn't work. I got to the last splashscreen, heard the windows sound for error, then it kicked me out to the desktop.

The two I see are by JontMaster and Skull (Skull's is from 2004, Jont's is from 2005). I tried em both and both tell me I have the wrong CD inserted. I've tried mounting them with Alcohol 120 as well as Daemon Tools..

Is your (new) US-Version also protected with Safedisc4 ?
If YES, you can create your own mini-images using the tool MIR, or try this guide: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=131341

According to the Alcohol 120 Forum, it's Safedisc 4.00.060, but there's no date for that entry so I don't know if it's the "new" U.S. version or last years Euro version.

Thanks for trying to help GLR. I'll give those two things a try.

perhaps volume label is different you can check that and if thats the case then you can fix the volume label of the mini images with Ultra iso .

@Scrimshaw
GLH is on the right track with the advice about creating your own Mini Image and since you obviously have Alcohol 120 you can use that to create the Mini Image. Just follow the instructions in the link GLR........er GLH supplied.

I followed those instructions exactly. Well, kinda. I didn't slap the "disc_image" name on like the author did. I fifgured it might somehow mess things up, so I left it at the default name. The author said to hit cancel after the 2nd or 3rd error had occured, yet I received no errors at all. I ended up burning an image of the entire CD. I tried it on both Alcohol 120 and Daemon and it didn't work.

On a whim I then decided to try and do a straight 1:1 copy via Nero. That didn't work either.

I would expect this kind of difficulty on a "major" title. One that's had tons of reviews, media coverage, trailers, etc.. Something equal to the hype surrounding HL2 or Doom 3. Starting to get a little frustrating.

Anything else I can try?
