did you make sure that the image size is set to 80 min in your settings? It may be something that you overlooked. By default, it's set to 74.

In DJ 3 it's in the "Options" screen under the "Defaults" tab. Top right corner of that screen.
I'm not sure if DJ 2 would have it in the same place or not. |

DireSaint, ordinarily a 703meg CDI will still fit nicely on an 80 minute disc without overburn. Do you have a MAC program to burn .CDI files? I know Disc Juggler will take files that are sometimes as much as 705meg and still fit them into a 700meg disc. The extra size is due to the settings and other overhead, but it isn't burned to the disc.

I had the same issue with Advance War 2001, in which the cdi ended up being 767MB after I unrar'd it. I was told to just burn it anyway and it worked fine with an 80min cd-r. Apparently, the image isn't really that big and will end up fitting onto the cd. I used the trial copy of DJ 3.5 to burn it. I also burned several other cdi's that also appeared much larger than what would fit onto a typical cd-r but they all burned just fine. No coasters to speak of.
