Still Life-Crack no good

hallo,
has anyone tried to install the crack for "Still Life"? i do not get an replacement message, and i cannot start the game. get an error message "system protection"of some kind. jsut downloaded the no cd from gamecopyworld and will try again. can anyone help and give me an idea how i get this game running?
i have the german version of the game.
any help is greatly appreciated.

i did get the game running after all with the crack on the cd 1.

What a shame, you do know that there is no warez allowed here, and admitting your using warez (with the fact of the crack on cd1) you will end up being banned.

I did get that message too, "system protection"
But I simply had to reboot my pc & then it kind of worked

Actually, the Still Life crack here in GCW is to be applied BEFORE running the game for the first time (this should be noted on the download page, if it isn't already.)

Applying the crack after you have run the game at least once will let you play without the CD, but will still infect you with the Starforce virus.

this crack works though it has a minor problem that is just annoying only.
Regardless of applying this crack before or after starting the game for the first time, I still can't prevent starforce from installing itself. The starforce checking message will pop up and you just have to click no/cancel whatever it is. Then the same message will pop again, click no/cancel. The fourth time this message pops up and u click no/cancel, the game will finally start.
So, no problem except that you have to click no/cancel four times before u can finally start the game.

Actually I never had this problem. If you apply the crack before you start the game for the first time SF won't get installed.

That's right!
Just install the game, copy over the cracked files (dlls+exe), start the game.
Works great with my german version.

I have make an Image with Alcohol 120% Profile Starforce1/2/3. Install the "RMPSEnablertool" and mount the full image in Alc or DT! Works fine and is compatibel for all coming patches!

Actually, I think no miniimage will be needed because I played the game through without seeing any bigger bugs. I just noticed a little grapic bug on Victorias hairs, however, that wasn't that bad.
