Need a program to make select menu's
I need to know if there is any good programs to make select menus and put pictures on it and all.IF you know of any please tell me.thanks

What exactly do you wanna do ? DVDs or CDs ? Movies, Games, or anything else ?

Movies im converting my vhs to dvd and i want to put menus on the movies

Im intrested in simler.. I have a fiew series i like but on disk they have each 30min show followed by credits preview and pre show credits. Im trying to figure a way to strip all the pre/post credit scenes and remaster with just the preview and actual show. currently they are like 30 chapters long 1 chap for pre credit, one for preview and episode listing, 1 or 2 for the show and then another for post credits. I also want to rebuild the menu's so that when i remove all the credits, they still work and will be able to add a couple extra episodes per disk. currently they are about 11 disks long i bet 6 disks or evin 1:1 disk would be posible cutting that much out. i think there will be some video cutting and the menus are needed to be modified/ retouched. I already did a search for such and my keywords didnt find much but dvd game hacks..
