cdi unknown

Hi People,
when i download various backup in discjuggler cdi format, diskjugger report the image to be unknown, e.g. ct2, thps2.

I cannot therefore write the image.
I am using DiscJuggler v3.

How can I get the image to work.

Cheers JohnnieMac

this is a very easy mistake to make and I would have thought Paldus would have sorted this out in 3.5 ah well...

whats happening is you have a CD Image with a .CDI extension and what you are doing is, by clicking the Open button is asking DiskJuggler to open a Task Document which has an extension of .CDJ

what you need to do is click New and then select CD Image to CD Recorder a new screen will open an in the top left you will see a box marked Source, here you click the Icon just under the word Source then browse your way to the image on your hard drive.

you will also need a blank disk in the writer before the Start button is un-greyed.

hope this helps and good luck.
