patching sports jam (disk juggler download)

i have a problem, i just downloaded sports jam diskjuggler version, and then i found i needed to patch it using a ppf. patch, i have a ppf. patching program which i used with my playstation backups, but that only works on bin. and cue. files, so i was wondering whether i could get a program to patch the version i have, or whether there is a program that will let me change the files from diskjuggler ones into cdrwin (bin. cue.) thanks for any help.

Download any of the patches provided here, SA2 for example, usually applyppf is packaged with it. Applyppf will patch to a .CDI file.
