How To Backup Kessen III

Okay I cannot get this game to work, it go into a black screen after the PS2 logo appears.

Here is what I did:
1. Used DVD Decrypter to make an image onto my harddrive.
2. Used Apache 2.0 to extract both layers onto my harddrive.
3. Used Munge o Matic to extract only the movie.bin files with a .k3 extensions into a folder called movie.bin_extracted
4. Copyed each .k3 file individual into a different folder.
5. Used Demux 1.05 to extract the .m2v file and 2 wave files (one file is English audio and the other is Japanese audio)
6. Used TmpgEnc to downsample the movie into an mpg (.m1v)file and changed the extenion to .m2v
7. Used PSS Demuxplex to make a .pss file that had the .m2v file and the english audio .wav file.
8. Renamed the .pss file with a .k3 extenion and placed it back into the Move.bin_Extracted folder.
9. Repeated steps 4-8 about 70 times for the other files.
10. Used Munge o Matic to rebuild the movie.bin image with .k3 extensions
11. Used CD/DVD Generator and inserted the files in the correct order, put in the SLUS 21119, then exported the .iml files.
12. Used DVD IML 2 ISO to make an .iso file
13. Used Alcohol 120% to burn the image.
14 Finished Burning, put into PS2 and the screen goes black after I the PS2 Logo Screen.

The question is what did I do wrong. Are there any other .k3 (.pss) file extractors and rebuilders that are not mention in my step that I could used. Was I supposed to use Tmpgenc to make and exact .m2v and not a .m1v file the just rename it to .m2v.

Any Help with be greatly appreciated.
