Its probably bad, cheap, sucky, etc cdr's.
Or your burner dosn't support multisession burning
you could always try to convert it to Nero

The success I've had has been using DiskJuggler, with the default settings.

CD-R's aren't that expensive nowadays...just get some more if you have to. It's a lot cheaper than buying all new DC games.

Barcode84, give up. You've been at this for about two weeks now and you obviously will never get it.

Within one week of my ####ting to burn discs for the Dreamcast (shorter timeframe than you've had), I had already burned two separate copies of 6 or 7 different discs. Some of them were originally NON-BOOT and I followed the bloody tutorials and actually burned them to BOOTABLE.

The only hitch I've *EVER* had was with .BIN/.CUE files (non-bootable) because CDRWin never worked for me. I've recently gotten Fireburner to work instead, and I've burned a few .BIN files to discs (VCD discs).

If you haven't gotten it by now, either you have crappy hardware that doesn't like the images (possible), or you just don't grasp the concept of Dreamcast disc burning and you probably never will.

GIVE UP, DUDE! Just buy or rent your discs.
