Help With Track & Field

I downloaded and burned the sef-booting Track & Field game. I used Disk Juggler to burn the image. The problem I am having is that when I play it in the Dreamcast. The screen ####ts messing up. None of my other burned games do this. The screen ####ts flipping (like when a vcr needs tracking) and flickering after the logo screens. What am I doing wrong? Before the ####t screen everything is fine, but when the ####t screen comes up it ####ts to mess up. Can anyone help me?

Are you playing a PAL game on an NTSC TV set (or vice-versa)? Although I'm not familiar with that particular game, there should be an option in one of the opening screens to choose between 50 or 60 htz. Most likely, you want to set it to 60 htz (NTSC/Amercian TV sets). Otherwise, try 50.

No option given? Then get one of the patches on the site that converts PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL.

If none of the above works, I'm not sure what the problem is.

It gives me the option that you are talking about. And I choose both at seperate times and neither one works. I want to try and convert from either pal to ntsc or ntsc to pal, but I can't find any patches for that particular game. Do you know where I might be able to find the patches. I #####ed the DC copy world with no luck.

You tried both 50 and 60 htz, and neither of them worked? Weird.

Well, on the site - ####://www.dccopyworld.com/ - Under DC Files-->DC Utilities, look under "Patch Tools". You'll see a Dreamcast PAL-2-NTSC Patcher. I think the file you'll need is the PAL Patcher.

(I've never had this problem before, and never had to patch any games - so I'm not 100% sure that this will solve your problem... Since nobody else replied, I guess this is the best advice you have for the problem.)
