Is there a program so I can change the number my Dc dials to connect to the internet... This would be helpful! so PLEASE HELP ME!

Well, the european web browser (dream###) doesn't let you choose your provider/dial-in number, but maybe Marcus Comstedts Flash Internet Settings Adjuster may help you: ####://mc.pp.se/dc
and go to the software section
