Help with applying NoCD patch!

I dunno what I'm doing but The no cd patch i have for MOHAA doesen't work on multiplayer, it's fine on single player. I downloaded it from here by memory, applied it and now it dont work. What am i doing wrong? Do I install the UK/USv1.11 patch first or after or not at all. What are the normal steps for doing this coz its really starting to piss me off.
