Top Gear RPM Tuning

Hi everyone. This is my first post.
I picked up Top Gear RMP Tuning and it's a really strange game in a matter of file quantity. I tried to copy to my HDD and 28 files were renamed. After a failed copy, it took almost 15 minutes to delete the entire directory using boxplorer!
I would like to know if there is a way to transfer all files correctly to the hdd.
