Problem Backing up DVD

Don't laugh too hard, but I am having problems backing up "While You Were Sleeping" it's my girlfriends, I swear. Anyhow, I have tried using just DVD Decrypter, have also tried using AnyDVD and DVD Shrink together. Neither method has proved useful. I have also tried this on several different burners. I have backed up quite a few movies in my collection and haven't had any serious problems so I am stumped. BTW the disk is in immaculate condition, no scratches, smudges, etc. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update, I d/l'd VobBlanker to try it, but it said it contained multiangles and ILVs and skipped the files that were already giving me problems. Don't know if that will help but there it is.

Get the latest version of dvd decrypter and set multi-angle reading on etc, its in the options you should then be able to carry on from there.

Tried that, didn't work, i think I just need to tell her it ain't happening. I've backed up most of my movie collection without a hitch, cannot figure out why this particular movie would be such a hassle. Hell we only paid like $5 for it to begin with. If something happens to it I'll just pick up another copy.
