I must be dumb

I can,t figure out how to or where to make changes for no cd fix for doom3.Also I can,t find the upgrade for ballistics so I can use the nocd for this game. I could really use some guidance as I am new to this and oh so old.Can someone please help an ignorant old man?

Try using Google to find patches, search for (Ballistics patch) for instance. As for Doom 3 you simply replace the original game EXE (application) file with the fixed file in the games folder on your harddrive.
