Yesterday I did too many things at one time. I installed Goldwave, the Lame encoder and also Itunes for my new Ipod. Something in that mix has messed up my sound play back. Most of my mp3's will not play any more. And those that do the sound is really garbled. Even the sounds in my video files is messed up. Either I get nothing at all or just back ground music but no voices.
I have since removed goldwave and Lame, but still no improvement. Playing the files through my wifes PC (we are networked together) and they sound fine. I have tried installing all new audio codec and also no help.
