did they ever make a decent snes emulator that actually runs perfectly with speed because i had 1 before but the gameplay was slow and would glitch up real quik

DreamSNES is still the best, but development has stalled. The DC probably isn't capable of doing SNES full speed.

SMSPlus 0.2b rocks though.
