ok ive done exactly what you have all said. loaded it on daemon, safe-disk... the game still says 5.0.2. when i load it.

and am i supposed to have installed the actualy 5.0.3. yet? and what if i want the data update as well?

YOU MUST INSTALL THE OFFICIAL PATCH. with or without the data. then you do EXACTLY what the instructions say from the first post.

You are asking someone to sent you email with attachment of 80MB (patch 5.0.3) files? Why not download it yourself?

Email attachment usually are only allowed at max of 10MB, the fm2005.exe is more than 14MB. Sorry can't help
