Can someone tell me what version of xbox this is this?
Its been over 2 years since I have modded an XBOX so Im a little rusty. Im trying to get back into learning a bit more about them again so any help would be great. Thanks! Here is what the setup screen tells me:
K1.004817.01 D1.00.5960.01 Manufacture date is 12-7-2002 Also, just for fun I guess, here is mine (Not sure what version it is either but I installed a homebrew chip in it and reflashed the bios and then removed the chip. I would like to do the same with the above xbox) K1.00.4034.01 D1.00.4034.01

Yup its a version 1.1 thx again for the reply.
Now if I can just figure how to fit my homebrew back into this to flash the bios. Does anyone have a homebrew chip and flash their bios'? Thx,

meh, you are better of renting 007:AUF, and buying an action replay (which can be returned when you are done).
That way, you can just flash the bios with raincoat or evox via the hacked 007 gamesave. If you have access to another modded xbox, well, a standard memcard will do.

Thanks again for the reply.
Ive got my old Homebrew chip in the xbox and Ive got all 32 wires installed. When I turn the xbox on it flashes red/green with the modchip out of the socket. I double checked all my wires and they are good. Now if I remove the link wire that goes to pin 32 it boots up originals just fine of course the modchip is still not in the socket. So I guess my question is: what do you think is causing it not to boot with it soldered in? Thanks for any help you guys might be able to give me.Im going to look over the wires again. I know they are right but I will check again to be sure. This is a friend's xbox so yes I have mine sitting right beside it and it was modded and flashed a couple years ago. Its there a guide somewhere to what you are suggesting me to do with this memory card thingy? Thats all new to me but if you can do this without a modchip, that would be cool. Thanks, Jamey
