find a mp3 player for me

ok i have searched and searched for at least 2 months and havent foudn oen that suits my needs. Heres what im looking for:

-*Backlight
-*Place to insert an extra SD disk up to for 512 mb expandable memory at least. I dotn care if its 128 mb, it just needs a slot for an SD disk.
-where you can make playlists
-*durable
-fm tuner
-*screen that is an 1" or bigger
-comes with case
-easy software, or able of using realplayer or windows media playe to upload songs on the player

*'s represent needs. Ihavent found any mp3 players with all these with the $150 and down price range. I dont want to spend tons of money.

why not consider a Digitfab player from the dbhf series ?
we talk about it here it's a good buy !
