sorry for my bad inglish' (but i m french and i dont speak correctly US language)
I' ll to receive from friend in the Illinois skiesof arcadia repack ( us ) 3cd
But I am in Europe and I play on a dreamcast pal
Somebody he can say to me or find the patch to play in France with this game

First off, please be kind and register with this forum.

Well unfortunately there is no NTSC-2-Pal converter and the Palpatcher does not work with Skies of Arcadia. So you have a couple of options here:

1) Search the net for a PAL release of Skies of Arcadia

2) Actually buy a PAL copy of Skies of Arcadia

3) Buy a NTSC Dreamcast

4) Wait patiently until someone perfects a PAL patch for Skies of Arcadia

NTSC-PAL scan-convertor is actually a piece of hardware that allows you to hook your NTSC machine up to a PAL TV set.

Ton skies of arcadia, c'est une copie ou c un original, car la solution de 2 problemes n'est pas la meme :
Si c un original il te faut le cd boot
si c une copie verifie s'il est autoboot
si oui a premiere vu je vois pas ce qui cloche
si non il te faut le cd boot

super un francais ici
pour le jeux c'est une copie mais elle viend d'un gars dans l'illinois et c'ette copie est en NTSC d'ou mon pbs avec ma pauvre console PAL
les 3cd qui compose ce jeux sont autoboot et bien sur j'utilise le cd d'utopia mais bien que le jeux se lance normalement l'image est achurer en diagonal de l'ecran un peut comme si on regardais canal+ sans le decodeur par contre le sons est nickel et on entend bien que le jeux se deroule normalement et repond aux action des bouton du pad
meme si maleureusement l'image elle est achurée
