Mac burning help!

I know I might sound like an asshole and know that most of you wont help me but I would like for someone to walk me through how to burn a Dreamcast ISO on Mac. Yea I'm new at this but what I hear tells me you guys wont tell how to burn stuff but PLEASE HELP ME!

I have no idea how to burn a DC game on a Mac, but if you do a Forum search for MAC and/or TOAST, you might find it here in the messages.
