Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords (CD2DVD Conversion)

I can verify the method to convert from CD to DVD posted by Schlaufer works fine for the English version too.

As it does on the German installation, it asks for CD1 - Play disc to be inserted and pressing OK lets setup continue and finish off.

I used 'SWKOTOR2' for the DVD volume label.

Note: One of the original KOTOR game CD2DVD conversion methods says that the files, setup.inx and autorun.inforun.inf file, can be edited to prevent the game from asking for CD4. I've searched the setup.inx file in KOTOR II and cannot find (using a Hex Editor) the string 'autorun.inf' so maybe setup, asking for CD1- Play Disc to be inserted, can't be prevented. Or maybe there's another way around it. Either way, the game installs perfectly and pressing OK once doesn't seem like a big hassle!

This has already been covered in the proper CD2DVD thread!
