fix for 2 games, maybe more, easier than getting patches

i didn't feel like downloading isos all over again, so i went looking around where i used to download some save files, sonic 2 hooligans release now works since i downloaded the save file with everything unlocked, and so does my skies of arcadia Talon release, i'm not sure if it was just the fact of me not using disc 2 to load where the arch whale comes or not, but the save file from online works on disc 2. ##### it out, go to
