Dye Colours?
I have just bought myself a DVD writer (Lite-on 12x SOHO) and it came with a 25 cake pack of orange top Bulkpaq DVD-Rs. From what I have read (about the media) I doubt its me, but I have made several coasters.
All I want to do is backup my DVD colection, but I am totally lost with the vast array of different media, dye colours, brands etc.. From what I read Ritek G04 (what about G05?) is probally the best for my needs but I have seen them in different colours and made by different companies (well names anyway) So what type is the best to go for and whats speed(links if poss !!) Cheers

Just keep your firmware updated and look for dark deep purple dyed discs. I prefer Riteks GO4 or GO5. As long as the dye is dark it should be good.
