Any way to REMOVE dummy file sectors?

I ask because I can't fit all the info I need onto a CD. (Someone added too big of a dummy file, and the image size is over 82 and a half minutes.)

Extract all the files from the image to the HD (with the help of image-base program or with ISO-Buster), delete too large dummy and make you own (if nedeed). Then make image (from the HD) again with any CD-R/RW program and burn it.

Thanks for the reply.
This "image-based program".... Do you mean like DiscJuggler, CDR-win, Nero, or CloneCD? I have all of those. Or are you talking about a different program?
I'm not sure how to go about this. If it is one of the programs above, please tell me how to do it in greater detail. (I've copied files to my hard drive before using simple cut-and-paste as well as CDRwin. When I try to use CDRwin, though, I am unable to use my program that converts the bin file because I lack a cue sheet.
If I'm asking for too much time than you have, do you know where I could find a help file on this? I've been looking at DCcopyworld, ISOnews, and on IRC.
Thanks again.

The easiest way really is to get last version of ISO-Buster - it knows all most popular image formats.
