Well I know for sure its not the movie "The Last Samurai" because I used CloneDVD2 and Anydvd on that and it came out sweet.
Like spratster said check to see if you have a virus. They can take up a lot of your pc's speed, and maybe enough to lock you up when doing something as intensive as reencoding a dvd. Tyler!
