Cheapest reliable external USB HD enclosure?

I want to get a external enclosure for my PS2 HD, for the occasional PC hook up. Can anyone recommend one that is cheap and reliable? I'm looking around on eBay and some of them are really cheap but I'm afraid of getting something that doesn't function consistantly or facilitate quick HD swapping.

Any input appreciated
