LOTR BFME(im defeated in 5 minutes)

Hi all ! Could anyone please tell me why im defeated in about 2-3 minutes. Im building, creating warriors and so on, but suddenly my castle explodes and im defeated.
Likewise in campaign, walking forward and suddenly without any orks or other creatures around im dead.
Im doing something wrong, but what ?

Hello!

I have the german version of the game and i use the Crack from Hoodlum. The crack works fine. No problems with the game and i played over 2 houres!
