Problem with .bin .cue Neo Contra

I tried burning my .iso of Neo Contra. I get the PS2 logo, but aftert that it,s just a blank screen, nothing boots. I then tried to convert the .iso into a .bin file, and I created a cuesheet for it. I tried to load the cuesheet into Nero 6.0 ultra, but the program will only burn a cuesheet to cd-r, it won't burn to dvd+r. Any help will be greatly appreciated! I've already wasted 3 dvd+r's. Thank you for your replies!

I'll try that program. I just tried extracting the entire .iso contents, and tried burning all the files as DATA using nero. The game wouldn't even goto the PS2 logo screen. But I'll give Decrypter a try. If anyone has other ideas, please let me know. Thank You! :-)

EDIT - DVD Decrypter did it! Thank You!

Sidney
An .iso file does not contain any boot information, that is why .bin/.cue should be used.
Converting an .iso to .bin/.cue does not replace the missing information.

Yea Sidney..
An ISO is a stand alone file. It'd doesn't require a que.. A bin and que file are used together.. The que is just used to "que" the bin file to burning software.

Its actually a .cue file but anyway not the point. An iso has an content file in the actual iso. Also u can read a bin file without a cue sheet anyway. so there not actually necissary. Do you own the origonal because this smells a lil fishy

Must we go though this every time that someone has an image problem? Of course he has the damn original! This is the 21st century now, we don’t lop people heads off in suspicion. If the glove don’t fit, you must acquit! We’re better people than that now, we’re all living a lie, but we’re better people!!

Anyhoo, ISO files contain all the same information as the BIN file, the TOC, license and boot info is there in both…

Burning a DATA Disk of DVD game files on a DVD DOES NOT WORK as the license info will not be present !!!!!!!

For some strange reason you can however burn a Mode 2 Data disk of a CD based PS2 software, and it will boot, no license data required. Some CD based games might not boot like this because they check TOC locations for files and if you data burn files instead of complete ISO’s the TOC is going to be different.
