I need help with a file! PLEASE!

WHAT is a .sfv file and how to I use it. I know I'm just a dumb newb and need help. Please.

.SFV files are DC movies files, so you can downsample them in order to burn a game on a 650 Mo or 700 Mo CD-R.
Go to Xena's Homepage to find a tutorial which will explain you how to do that. Look carefuly because there are other files you can downsample (.AFS and .ADX files).
