major problems copying backups

I've tried Clonecd, Nero, Discjuggler, CDRWIN, and even freakin Easy CD Creator 5 with no luck (and plenty of coasters!) And yes, I have searched the forum thouroughly but as you can see I have tried all the options you have previously mentioned. I'm using default settings on clonecd, which is the only one that will copy, but the game will not work on the dreamcast. All the other ones have read errors and shit and don't even copy at all. I understand this may be a repetitive question, but my coaster collection is gettin huge and I've explored ALL possible options I myself could think of. THanks for any help anybody can give me.
