Free internet access for dreamcast

I have a tutorial for getting free internet access for DC... but it's a little out of date... does anyone know of any other tutorials for free internet accesss?

is there actually any "free" internet services anymore that do not put such small monthly time limits on usage? like 35 hours or less? if so, i could easily get you setup with free internet on your isp, just tell me a isp...
