disable "run steam when windows starts"
exit steam
put all three files (hijack_hl2.dll , hijack_hl2.exe , HL2.exe )to your steam folder
for exampel
c:\programs\valve\steam
execute hijack_hl2.exe
now steam should start and hl2 and CSS work without cd\dvd in your drive

beendet steam
packt alle 3 dateien (hijack_hl2.dll , hijack_hl2.exe , HL2.exe ) in euren steam ordner z.b.
c:\programs\valve\steam
führt die hijack_hl2.exe aus
nun sollte euer steam starten und ihr koennt hl2 und css ohne cd\dvd spielen
