Need help burning DC games...

Can I do this with a 74 minute CD-R, or can I only use the 80 minute ones?
And I don't see "CREATE DISC FROM CD IMAGE", just:
CD Cropy from the same CD Recorder
CD Player to CD Recorder
CD Player to CD Image
CD Image to CD Recorder
CD Erase
CD Digital Audio and Data Extraction
CD Pre-Mastering to CD Recorders
