someone please help!

i have posted this now a few times.
i think you may be misinturpiting my question.when i extract my track03 and track28 iso's some of the files come out 0k (that is zero k not OK). what would cause this. i am using a pc to dc seiral adapter which i got from lik-sang.i am using dreamrip 2.1 and EO to extract the zip files. i have a pentium 2 500mhz running win98 and win95.(neither setup works). i have eliminated all background programs.
please help me someone. i have been trying for 3 weeks now.
