Nfsu 2

OK i wanted to know if someone could help me...

I have a version that works great of NFSU2 but wanted to do a backup copy to be sure that i won't be all ****ed up if the original crash or broke or whatever...

My cousin help me to copy the games, i got the crack and place it in the NFSU2 folder...

Everything looks to work great i put what i will call CCD1 (copied cd1) in my computer, it autorun and open the NFSU2 intro to choose play/uninstall/support/etc/etc/etc. if i choose play, it said to insert the CCD2, what i do, and there is the error.... it said that speed2.exe has an error and need to close... no way to make it start...

what we did wrong???

ps. i have windows XP famillial...

did you download the fixed exe or the no-cd crack?

i have the same problems here...
when i try to play the game with the cd2 inside the drive the game simply crash displaying a Windows error message
can someone help plz?

ps:i have windows xp pro sp2

Which version is that?

Also, you made no mention of how you copied the CDs (programs, settings, etc) so I doubt you will get an answer of what you did wrong.

i don't have the details of how i did the copy because it's my cousin who did that...

i'm really a noob with all that

maybe tell me exactly what you need to know and i will ask to him...

for the crack, it was on the cd that my cousin did...so it just say crack\speed2.exe

and my cousin test the copy on his computer and all works great...i tought that it could be a setting or a different crack that i need...

u should use the nfsu2 crack file avaliabe at gcw site , i think what is happening is that ur Version of the game might be different then the version the crack supports.

Just try this simple process . Install the game and then copy the crack file to the directory where you installed the game and try it out.

i did the same thing and it works just fine.
