DBZ Budokai 3 - DVD-Rip, and MULTI 5 not working!! (cky-dbz.iso)

Hi all, I am new to this forum (lol, awaiting 'stfu noob' shouts :P).

The purpose of this post is not just about 'DBZ in specific', but is more of an issue to Swap Magic compatability. I purchased my Swap Magic disks a while back (with a V7 PS2), and i have had no problems with backup dvd-r's and cd-r's, however, as of late, new games that i backup are not working. I use the following burning method:-

-Burn with Alchohol 120%, set settings to 'Playstation 2', (dvd's at 2x instead of 4x).
-patch the .iso files with ntsc, PAL selector (sometimes fixes some dodgy backups)

Thing is i have tried using recordnow MAX! 3.0 And i get the same problem.

The problem is that some games simply boot, (not title screen), and i get this horrible black screen. (This is cd-r and dvd-r budokai 3). I've heard of WWW.SWAPMAGICFIX.COM, and i have tried the v7 cdloader cd-rom, yet no loading past black screen.

However, the PS2 still spins the disk, and sounds like it is loading.
I'm bamboozeled by this, and it has never happened to me before. (im not a noob...honest...lol :P)
Oh gurus of CD-R, DVD-R, HELP ME lol, i bow down 2 u :P

You should get a mod chip. The swap will mess up your ps2 as you are forcing the tray to open, It isn't compatible with all the games, it's a hassle to swap disks everytime you do a reset and you have to patch some games to get them to work. I'm sure you heard this before on this forum but its the truth. Good Luck anyway.
