Please help! .bin file no .cue file!

Hi, I think this question might have been asked before but I tried to look for it in the forum but to no avail. Please help me!
I downloaded a game and after extrating it has only one .bin file. I loaded CDRWIN but it requires a .cue file. I can't open the .bin file. What should I do?

BIN2ISO.EXE

Once you have an ISO, burn it using a standard ISO compatible program.
