NSTC 2 PAL

having trouble finding a program to do this
have a back up cdi of crazy taxi id like to burn
can anyone help here?

use hexeditor. In an NTSC game, modify hex string 00E403A000E401A000E4 to 01E403A002E401A003E4. If you wanna make PAL into NTSC change 01E403A002E401A003E4 to 00E403A000E401A000E4. You will usualy find these strings in 1ST_READ.BIN
