DRU710A or DVR-106D

I have a sony dru 710a.
I have been reading and it seems as if the Pioneer DVR-106D is better.
should i sell my sony one and then get the pioneer?
or what makes the pioneer better not worth going through the trouble of selling it?

Well with Pioneer, you can usually find firmware hacks that allow faster burns or reads and such. Not much going on for Sony drives. But Sony drives are good anyways. Its up to you.

BTW, youll probably have to get a AO8 or something, unless you look on ebay.
