Non solder Xbox modchip

I have no soldering experience and im not willing to try to solder a modchip to my xbox. All im looking for is a non solder modchip for the xbox that plays backups, still allows you to play original games and an has On/Off switch for xbox live. I looked around a little and Im not exaclty sure what to look for in an xbox mod. Can someone please recommend me a good modchip?

Thanks

If you have an xbox version 1.6 you're outta luck.. There aren't any non-solder mod chips available for it..

Otherwise a lot of mods come with a solderless adapter..
Guys on here usually recommend
X-ecuter 2.3 Lite
Xeniums
Xbit

Just make sure and read the site to make sure you get a solderless adapter with them. And make sure you don't have a 1.6 xbox.. They're the latest.. I'm not sure of the date they started production but you can find a date close to it somewhere on the forum.

Good luck

Well I just saw a post from AXMichigan announcing the arrival of the 1.6 into production..

The post was dated 01-05-2004.. So there's a good chance if you bought your box after that date there's a much bigger chance its a 1.6.
The date of production is on a sticker on the back of your xbox I believe.

I had to open mine to find out for sure.
Theres a guide somewhere that helps identifying your box on here or xbox scene.
