Disk Defragmenter doesn't help to recover space on Hard Drive

Dear TylerDurden!
Disk Defragmenter doesn't help and I deleted Elaborate Bytes and CloneDVDTemp directories already. Searched my HD for any large files with .*.
Can't get space back.
