Get program WINRAR, open it, choose all files you downloaded, and extract. You will have .cdi or .nrg or .cue and .bin, or .iso file. Use DiskJuggler for .cdi or .iso file, Nero Burning Room for .nrg, CDRWIN for .cue and .bin
