Exclamation PS2 to PC GamePad Problems?

I've got a Dual PS2 to PC Gamepad USB Adapter which im sure your all aware of what they do.

Most of my games work great with this as it just acts as any other gamepad would.

BUT when i use it on any EA Games/Sports products (e.g. NHL 2005 or Madden 2005) it sends the game crazy!

As soon as the game loads up and i go to move around the main menu with my pad, the thing just goes crazy and keeps scrolling up over and over again.

This problem even occurs when ive unplugged my pad, yet as soon as i unplug the adapter the problem goes away.

Can ANYONE help me with this, as i really do prefer using my PS2 Pads to PC ones like Sidewinder.

Ive mentioned this on another post before but if you also have a joystick or a steering wheel or even maybe another USB device connected it can conflict with your gamepad! Try disconnecting other usb devices to see if there is a conflict.

guys i hava a partial solution that may help others if they enconter same prob

you have to go to device manager and disable the port you are not using (ie the second hid complient game device listed in the human interfaces section. that fixed the menu probs for me but interduced another prob the pad keeps "rumbling" i have deactivated vibration in the game menu but stil no luck the drivers say in the control pannel options 2.0.10.0 23/9/01 very old but cant find manufacture name on box or device
